Step 1 and 2 are related. Step 1 is throw away as much as you can. Step 2 is you shouldn’t keep more cables than will fit in the organizing bins or hang off the sides of the organizer on pegboard hooks.
Never heard of the FSL Muse? Even if Full Spectrum Laser is a lesser-known brand compared to upstarts like Glowforge, it’s worth to take a look at its specs.

5. The Chef’s Boutique Premium Maple & Cherry Hardwood Cutting Board – $59.97. The board measures 16 X 12 X 2 inches. It is made from hard rock slow growth maple trees in the northeastern part of the USA. The wood has a tight grain, resulting in a strong, durable, long-lasting cutting board. The manufacturer accented it with cherry for a touch of elegance. They included hand grips and non-skid feet for optimal performance and ease of use. The board arrives unseasoned and the company recommends oiling it before use. Amazon purchasers rated this item with 5 stars and left the following comments: “heavy, solid, beautiful wood,” “super durable and awesome quality,” and “excellent as a gift.”
Step 4 is to have a toss or donate box. Because it’s not entirely clear there’s any value to anyone else in my cables, I’m just going to toss most of them. But you could choose to try to donate them if you feel so inclined. In either case, though, the key to cable organization is throwing away the old and obsolete stuff.
If this seems wild to anybody else, you aren’t alone. Wood Mackenzie, later in the report, recommends extending that timeline horizon to either 2040 or 2050. Not only does that timeline target allow for new technologies, ones that don’t even exist yet to reach commercial scale, but the report notes:

Also chasing critical dimensions is a very deep rabit hole, one you can go down forever if you want (it all depends on how tight your tollerances are)
Among the practical material advice are such pearls as “use plywood with interior glue” and the fact that HDPE melts and may catch on fire. Even more important is the list of materials you should not cut due to the production of toxic material. For example, leather that contains chromium can produce toxic material as can carbon fiber and certain resins. You might wonder why leather contains chromium, but it is used in many tanning processes. You need veg-tanned real leather if you want to process it in a laser cutter. The Dallas Maker Space has a good page on what you should not cut and why, if you want more details.
It looks like for simple boards, the technique works ok, although there were some limitations. Some of the traces were the wrong width and some annuli didn’t survive the drilling. It also appears it isn’t reliable to place traces between IC pads using this milling process.
"Not one acre of state land has permanent legal protection from being logged or or even having pipelines and stuff built across them," said Kellett, executive director of the nonprofit conservation organization Restore the North Woods. "People think our forests are protected, but they’re really not permanently protected."
